I am actually proposing helping you. I have placed a couple of orders with Sunshine Sisters and although I do receive an automated response when I inquire, it can take some time to receive a personal response. Iām proposing you hire me to handle the emails and inquiries (yes, I admit I am bold in requesting a job such as this). Let me explain why I feel I would be an asset for you. I have had at least 8-10 years of customer service, including about 3 years working for call centers (maintaining and growing customer accounts)and I am a mature lady who will take my job seriously. Having me take over this responsibility would free others up to help in other areas. Please, get in touch with me and let me know if this would interest you or not.
I do not have a Desktop to view my Rewards or even use them like I could before. Please help me on finding a way to view my rewards. I only use my IPhone.Ā

I have sent 10 emails about issues with my order and have been ignored. Bad customer service and don't care abou your customers. Ā
I sent a package back unopened and have received no response. I get you are a small company and are busy. However, if you want to continue having a business you better do something about that. I can purchase great Tees anywhere but customer service is what can set you apart from the competition. I have sent at least one email in the past with only automated response. The issue I'm referring to is from May!

I purchased 3 of your āAspen Teddy Bear Cardigansā for Christmas gifts. Iām incredibly disappointed to say that 2 of these cardigans had almost immediate issues in regards to the stitching of the pockets. The one I kept for myself came completely unstitched after 2 light wears around my home and it had not even been washed. The second I had gifted to my daughter in-law; which is quite frankly embarrassing that I gifted her a faulty product for Christmas. Hers had the exact same issue where the stitching came completely undone at the pockets. Considering youāre charging $50 for this, I wouldāve expected such a simple design to have at least had some higher quality stitching. At the very least I would like a partial refund for the damaged/faulty products. For the sake of future potential purchases and for your customer base, I hope this is an isolated situation. Iāve included my original email receipt with the order number below. Iāve also included photos of the damaged cardigans. Again, this is prior to any washing that couldāve created this damage. I look forward to your response and I appreciate your time in mediating this.Ā
*Adding to say all Iāve received in response was an automated email that solves absolutely nothing. It would be preferred to get an actual representative to care and mediate the problem.Ā

Based on other customers comments and reviews, it doesnāt appear that Sunshine Sisters is a reputable company that cares about their client base or the quality of their products. Sadā¦
