I received an email with a tracking link but when I click it, DHL says that it is invalid! I'm worried that it is lost. Can you help locate it?

Good news! Your order is not stuck or lost in transit. We preprint our shipping labels to expedite the shipping process. This means that once your order is complete, it will be sent out right away instead of waiting to be manually shipped. This is why you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has begun processing within our warehouse! Your tracking will update as soon as your order is picked up and scanned by the mail carrier. Once your package has been scanned into the system, it means it has shipped!
